Someone
once said that magic is the art of creating mystery and wonder. For well over a quarter of a century Terry has
been
doing just that for audiences of all ages. Terry loves to entertain people and it
shows...with Terry's unique style of comedy and magic he has brought
smiles and laughter to audiences all across the United States and abroad.
As a small child Terry was bitten by the magic bug when his parents bought
him a magic set and by the age of 9 he performed his first show. It wasn't
just a passing fad with him, by the age of 13, Terry created and had
his first magic effect published in a national
magic magazine. By age
16 Terry was performing for audiences in his home state of Indiana. Since
that time audiences
from West Germany to across America have been
amazed and entertained by the magic and comedy of Terry Owens.

Terry on television with a program
he created called “Kids Thought”
which is aired in 170 countries.
Terry is a member of the prestigious Society of American
Magicians, International
Brotherhood of Magicians, Fellowship of Christian Magicians and Kidabra International.
Since the 1980's Terry has been featured
in various professional publications such as the
World
Clown Association and Voila as well as
having articles
published
in various national and international publications for entertainers
as well
as lecturer for
colleges, local seminars, state and national conferences.
He also serves as a consultant
to other magicians around the world.
Terry feels if he can
make his audiences forget about their cares and worries for the time they
are together and create smiles and laughter in an age of a lot of sorrow,
then he has made a difference in the lives of those he entertained.
